• The object of the purchase is the purchase of food services for the accused/convicts placed in penitentiary institutions and employees of the penitentiary service in accordance with the attached technical documentation... The term of service is from March 6, 2026 to May 4, 2026. Additional requirements: In 2023, 2024 and 2025, the supplier must have experience in providing food services with a variety of dishes (service areas: restaurant, fast food facility, canteen or similar facilities, catering service, food mobile services) in the amount of 5,000,000.00 (five million) GEL. At the stage of the market research, the documentation confirming the said request is presented. The supplier must have beef and dairy products (cheese, (butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, sour cream, milk, kefir and condensed milk) contracts signed with production companies for the supply of products in the quantity required for the provision of food services, the validity period of which should be equal to or longer than the service due date. At the stage of the market research, the documentation confirming the said request is presented. For the entire period of service provision, the supplier must have ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards issued in its name, valid during the period of service provision.
