The bidder is obliged to estimate in Appendix N1 the marginal cost of ownership of the vehicle according to the components (the sum of the cost of the vehicle, vehicle service/part and fuel), which is then reflected in the contract(s) on public procurement. The threshold amount of the cost of ownership of the vehicle is determined per 150 thousand kilometers during the warranty period, by the combination of the price of services/parts to be purchased, the price of the vehicle and fuel. 5.
