The winning supplier/company must provide the buyer with: 1. 3D visualization of the interior and detailed drawings of the arrangement of furniture and equipment (their between electrical points and cabling scheme). 2. Exact tender specifications (detailed specifications for furniture, conference microphones, screen, acoustic system, cabling and installation). 3. Estimated market value calculation (cost accounting) for future purchase budget determination. 4. Project documentation examination report (according to the law).
