- To fulfil its mandate, the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) Georgia operates a fleet of armoured and soft-skin vehicles. All those vehicles are powered with Diesel and petrol engines. Additionally, EUMM uses Diesel as fuel for generators. Its aim is to have an unhindered supply of fuel through a supplier which: — is in possession of well-developed fuel distribution network in the whole territory of Georgia, besides locations indicated in the Technical Specifications; — is able to supply fuel to the quality standards and provide an electronic fuel distribution system with the minimum features as indicated in the Technical Specifications.
