Milk - 12494.25 liters. - Every batch provided must be made from pasteurized milk close to natural, must have a characteristic consistency and contain only animal fats, the composition of the food must not include skimmed (skimmed) milk; - Milk should be healthy, it should not be acidified/cut; - The microbiological, physico-chemical, sanitary-hygienic and organoleptic (color, smell, taste) indicators of each supplied batch of food must comply with the standards in the country; - There should not be a massive share of milk fat in the food less than 2.5%; - Food packed in a cardboard box of 0.5 to 1 liter volume or in heat-resistant bags/parks/tetapacks intended for liquid food/beverage products; - The shelf life of the delivered food must be at least 90% of the total shelf life and at least 10 days.
