Tenders are invited for Construction of Kindergarten in Agara (Akhaltsikhe) A site visit conducted by the Employer shall be organized on 1 June 2022 at 12:00 hours (Tbilisi time). A Bidder wishing to visit the project site must coordinate its visit with the Employer beforehand. The costs of visiting the Site shall be at the Bidder-s own expense. 7. A Pre-Bid meeting will take place on the following date, time and place: Date: 2 June 2022 Time: 12:00 hours (Tbilisi time) Place: MDF Office, Room No. 202, 2nd Floor, 150, D. Agmashenebeli Ave., Tbilisi, 0112, Georgia. 8. Bidding Documents are available for download from the Georgian E-Government Procurement System from 17 May 2022 to 17 June 2022 free of charge. The Bidding Documents are available in English and Georgian languages. In case of discrepancy/inconsistency/dispute, the English version prevails. 9. Submit your bid: • online through the Georgian Electronic Government Procurement (Ge-GP) system http://procurement.gov.ge/ on or before the deadline: 17 June 2022 at 12:00 hours (Tbilisi time); and • together with a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the Bidding Document Bids shall be opened electronically using Georgian E-Government Procurement System on 17 June 2022, 12:00 hours (Tbilisi time).
