Bidders must submit information about the laboratory center(s), specifying the address(es). The supplier must have at least 1 (one) laboratory center(s) in operation. 2. The bidder must ensure that in the field of petroleum products research, the test laboratory(s) are accepted according to the international standard Presentation of the relevant document confirming the accreditation, along with the scope of the accreditation. 3. The use of a subcontractor will be allowed in the electronic tender.
